HOW DOES DEI WORK?
DEI consists of two parts, Calibrations and Coaching Sessions. Both are essential to how I work and the way that this work moves energy. I do a minimum of one Coaching Session and one Calibration per month, but many clients opt for additional Calibrations/Coaching Sessions, depending on their needs and budget. As we tend to uncover and handle very sensitive topics, everything that comes up in our work is completely confidential.
COACHING SESSIONS
The coaching sessions happen via Zoom or FaceTime and last about 50 minutes. This is where we connect to discuss whatever is "up" for the day and how best to move forward.
CALIBRATIONS
The Calibrations are done remotely and are the crux of this work. They allow us to connect with and shift a deeper level of the unconscious. I will explain more how these work during our first session.
TOOLS
I use the Internal Family Systems model along with other intuitive tools, universal spiritual principles of study, and muscle response testing to dialogue with the subconscious and conscious parts of the client . This is the part that may sound a bit “woo woo”, but I assure you that you have been engaging in unconscious communication for your entire life. I can explain this more when we meet for the first time. All of this to say that with this process, we tend to "get to it" pretty quickly.
IFS COACHING
As an Internal Family Systems® trained coach, I use the Internal Family Systems® model to facilitate clients to better understand and heal themselves.
From the IFS-Institute website: “IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Just like members of a family, inner parts are forced from their valuable states into extreme roles within us. Self is in everyone. It can’t be damaged. It knows how to heal.”
